Duties and functions

General management of the activities of the regional department, organizing the implementation of tasks and functions assigned to this administration by decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, regulatory legal documents of the Agency; Development and adoption of practical measures to ensure the achievement of forecast indicators related to the activities of regional administrations and districts (cities); Control and coordination of the activities of regional and district departments (cities); Ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of the decisions of the Agency's board, orders of the director and the instructions and assignments of his deputies; Cooperation with local executive authorities and sectors for complex socio-economic development on issues within the scope of the Agency's activities; Determination of the powers of employees, distribution of responsibilities among them, determination of officials in the management of regional and district departments (cities); Organizing the planning of the activities of regional and district (city) departments, approving quarterly work plans, ensuring their implementation control; Selection and placement of personnel in the regional and district (city) departments, creation of necessary conditions for their effective operation, formation of the personnel reserve of the regional department; Ensuring that the personnel offered for vacant positions included in the nomenclature of the head of the agency, as well as other personnel recruited to the regional department, practical experience, high level of diligence and moral and ethical qualities; Solving issues of promotion and disciplinary action of employees of the regional department; Regular analysis of the implementation of the forecast indicators and submission of proposals to the Agency for taking additional measures aimed at ensuring that the regional department of the Agency and their units achieve these indicators without fail; Systematically analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of regional department employees and heads of district (city) departments, listening their personal reports, and taking necessary measures based on their results;
