On July 28 of this year, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the most prestigious international Olympiads was held in the conference hall of the "Hyatt Regency Tashkent".
Indeed, in July of this year, students of our country took part in the most prestigious international Olympiads and won a total of 6 medals, including 4 silver and 2 bronze medals.
In addition, during the last academic year, students won 39 medals, including 3 gold, 13 silver and 23 bronze medals at regional international Scientific Olympiads.
320 students from 80 countries took part in the most prestigious international Olympiads, in particular, in the 54th International Chemistry Olympiad held in China (in online form). In particular, students from Uzbekistan won 4 silver medals at this Olympiads.

• Sherzod Shaimatov - student of the 11th school of Navoi city, silver medal;
• Maftuna Badalova - student of Ibn Sino school, silver medal;
• Ikramiddin Boymahammadov - student of Ibn Sino school, silver medal.
600 students from 106 countries took part in the 63rd International Mathematical Olympiad held in Oslo, Norway. In addition, our compatriot Lazizbek Rajabboyev, a student of the International School of Mathematics, won a bronze medal in this Olympiad.
In the team score, the best indicator in our history was 124 points (the previous best indicator was 112 points in 2010).
254 students from 64 countries took part in the 33rd International Biology Olympiad held in Yerevan, Armenia. Our compatriot Aziza Abduvaliyeva, a student of the academic lyceum at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, became the winner of the bronze medal.
10 students from Uzbekistan who participated in regional international Olympiads, including the 56th Mendeleev International Chemistry Olympiad, successfully participated in scientific competitions. They won 1 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze medals.
At the 18th International Jautikov Olympiad, our students won 8 medals - 2 silver and 6 bronze medals;
At the 7th International Caucasian Mathematics Olympiad, our students won 7 medals - 1 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals;
Our students won 2 bronze medals at the 28th International Mathematics Competition;
Representatives of our country won 4 bronze medals at the 18th International Youth Science Olympiad.
Our students won 8 medals - 1 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals at the International Physics Olympiad named after Ahmed al-Farghani.
At the event prizes were awarded to the winners of the international Olympiads:
90 million soums to the silver medalist and 75 million soums for the teacher;
60 million soums to the bronze medalist and 45 million soums for the teacher.
Medal holders are admitted to higher education institutions on the basis of a state grant. Teachers will be given a 200% raise for the next academic year.
Also, during the 2021-2022 academic year, the winners of regional international Olympiads and their teachers were awarded as follows:
3.6 million soums to the gold medalist and 15 million soums for the teacher;
2.4 million soums to the silver medalist and 10.5 million soums for the teacher;
1.8 million soums to the bronze medalist and 9 million soums for the teacher.
